He has pain on dorsiflexion anteriorly and posteriorly on plantar flexion both of which are grossly limited
options please
I am planning on both anterior and posterior scopy of ankle, removal of loose bodies and osteophytes and viscosupplimentation. Cannot expect complete relief in view in joint space narrowing

firstly there no tenderness clinically posteriorly just anterior to the achilles above the insertion medially and laterally. secondly with so much oa on the xray i was unsure as to the success rate with what i did so far.
Deletelastly looking at the lateral view just anterior to the TA insertion there is no haziness which is typically seen in symptomatic Haglund. refer foot and ankle platform
