32 year old financially challenged girl with painful hip. She has a foot drop . grade 4+ hip abductors and flexors
Looking at her X-ray, her right hip is greatly dislocated. She might need hip replacement surgery and therapy to correct this. If she is to undergo the procedure, she may be spared of the ASR Hip Replacement Recall crisis. After a painful surgery, who wants another one.
