plan- Arthroscopic arthrolysis,if not possible to do a column procedure. One worry was the restriction of pronation/supination and suspicious subluxation of the radial head

  2. We did an open release(Column release) got full flex/extension but had restriction of terminal pronation. radial head subluxation may be the cause. We did not do a radial head excision as she had exams in 2 weeks.
